V4 is the first-class solution for bringing any kind of scanned drawings into EDM (Electronic Document Management) or database systems. The batch mode enables to process even thousands of documents unattendedly. A comprehensive wizard will guide users through the following steps:

1. 1. Raster File Selection by Directories and Wildcards
2. 2. Definition of Title Block Templates (with cell names) among these Files
3. 3. Definition of an Individual "Task List", e.g. Despeckle, Rubbersheet, Rotate, Format Convertion etc. and Indexing (text regognition) of Title Block Cell Content
4. 4. Possibility to Choose an Existing Document Management System, where the Index Information will be Exported to
5. 5. Possibility to Create a CD, where the Index Information will be Exported to
6. 6. Possibility to Rename the File, Containing Recognized Index Text
7. 7. Possibility to Quickly Review Recognized Index Data, before Export to Destination

The user has the option to either run an unattended Cleaning/Convertion/Indexing Job, or to interactivly monitor and review the batch process.
